01 · What customers see
A real phone-first rental storefront.
People browse your available cars, see real photos and prices, understand your process, create a renter account, provide the required documents and request the vehicle they want.
Digital build and launch packet
A live rental-business system: the public storefront customers use, the AI front desk that answers them, the private office the owner controls, and the launch setup that puts the tools in the client’s hands.
Think of the build as two connected rooms: a showroom anyone can visit and an office only you can enter. Customers can ask for a car. You stay in control of every approval.

02 · What you see
Every renter request lands in one place. You approve or deny it, see which vehicle is out, who has it, when it is due back, and what needs delivery or follow-up.
03 · The tap-to-showroom
Your digital business card can be shared by QR code or an NFC tag. One tap opens WhatsApp, your AI helper answers the first questions, and a serious renter comes to you for approval.
One package price covers the full digital build and handover below. There are no itemized prices here—just a clear list of what the client receives. Setup depends on the final business name, content and account details only the client can provide.
Website, renter accounts, the owner’s approve-or-deny dashboard, fleet status and delivery list.
The business web address registered and connected for the first year.
The live platform hosted and available online for the first year.
One professional inbox set up for rental questions and operating messages.
A tap-and-QR digital business card that puts the showroom one move away.
Initial setup in Messenger, WhatsApp and Instagram to answer questions and qualify renter leads.
Facebook and Instagram business-page setup with matching name, message and visuals.
Every account and login transferred to the client after the final payment clears.
Broken links, typos and small launch fixes covered during the first 30 days.
A plain handover session so the client can use the tools without guessing what comes next.
Setup of the business’s built-in AI assistant is included in the package. It gives renters a helpful first response day and night in Messenger, WhatsApp and Instagram, while the owner keeps the final say on every renter.
Included setup
The agent is set up around the approved car listings, prices, rental process and frequently asked questions. It can explain what is available, how the process works and what a renter needs to do next—without making the final approval.
The tap-to-showroom flow
The packet shows it; the setup makes it real. What you see here is a preview of what your AI helper will do. During package setup, the live version gets connected to your WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, and you will test it on your own phone before handover.
Free to start does not mean free forever. The current entry tier is free and paid tiers are planned. Initial setup is included in this package, but the service provider controls future pricing and availability. Any later service charge would be the client’s operating cost.
This built-in review shows the two sides of the system. The brand name, vehicles, prices and policies are intentionally open until the client makes those decisions.

Working name
Browse the fleet, choose what fits, and send a request from your phone.
The system can go live with zero cars. Add the first vehicle when it is ready, and it appears here with its real photo, price and availability.
This is where the owner runs the operation and makes the calls.
This is a visual concept, not the live operating platform. It shows how the final system is organized without inventing cars, customers or rental activity.
The platform is the tool. The vehicle operation belongs to the client. These decisions and obligations stay with the client before the first rental.
Choose the business name, then complete any required entity registration and tax-ID steps independently.
Compare similar cars, mileage and rental periods. Set daily and weekly rates from real market information.
Decide minimum age, deposit, mileage, fuel, late return, cancellation, no-show and damage rules.
Confirm the exact Connecticut DMV licensing, registration, broker/dealer and fleet rules that apply before operating.
Get true commercial rental/fleet quotes before buying the first fleet car. Coverage is your responsibility.
Use a written agreement for every rental. A Connecticut attorney should review the final version before use.
Source vehicles through the client’s chosen suppliers or partners. Title, register, inspect and maintain every vehicle the proper way.
Use the registration and tax documents you obtain. Keep business money separate from personal money.
No e-sign system and no complication. If both sides decide to move forward, fill the open lines, read it together, print it and sign it.
Plain-English build agreement
This agreement covers the digital platform and launch setup. It does not make the Builder part of the Client’s business-registration, motor-vehicle or insurance work.
Builder will create and launch the $1,500 rental-business package described in this packet: a custom website with renter accounts, approve-or-deny owner dashboard and delivery list; one year of domain and hosting; one business email; one year of HiHello Professional; Facebook and Instagram business-page setup; initial setup of the Client’s AI helper in Messenger, WhatsApp and Instagram; full account and login handover after final payment clears; a plain step-by-step walkthrough; and 30 days of fix-it support.
The complete package price is $1,500. The payment schedule will be written here before signing: start payment __________; final payment __________. Work begins after the agreed start payment clears. Account, domain and platform ownership transfer after the final payment clears.
Client will provide the final business name, contact information, content and photos, domain choice, rental rules, account details, and timely feedback. Client is independently responsible for business registration and tax-ID setup. Delays caused by missing Client materials move the timeline by the same amount.
After final payment clears, Client owns the delivered website/platform, domain, content and accounts. Builder acts as a digital-services provider, not as a filing service, law firm, accountant or operating partner.
Builder promises to deliver the agreed package—not customers, income, bookings, search rankings or any other business result. The Client decides how to operate the business and is responsible for what it earns or loses.
If something goes wrong with a vehicle, renter, contract, payment, policy or operating choice, that is the Client’s responsibility—not the Builder’s and not the platform’s. The platform is a tool; the Client controls and operates the business.
The included 30-day support covers broken links, typos and small launch fixes. It does not include new features or redesigns. The AI helper currently has a free entry tier, but paid tiers are planned; its service provider controls future availability and pricing, and any later service charge is the Client’s responsibility. Renewals and continued help after the included term are the Client’s responsibility unless both sides make a new written agreement.
Builder’s total liability is limited to the amount Client actually paid under this agreement. Builder is not liable for lost profits or business interruption. Builder is an independent contractor, not the Client’s employee, partner, agent or rental operator.
This document and the agreed packet describe the whole deal. Changes must be written and signed by both sides. Connecticut law governs the agreement.
Plain-English working template, not legal advice. For high-stakes use, have a Connecticut attorney review the final agreement before signing.

The empty fleet is not a problem. The system gets built, tested and handed over; the client adds the first vehicle when the vehicle, license, insurance and rules are ready.
